WORK — CASE STUDY 01 · THE FULL SPECTRUM
MIRAGE
A boutique residence above the rooftops of Vračar — imagined, filmed, walked through and launched before ground broke.
SCENE 01 — THE BRIEF
A mirage
needed proof.
Mirage is twenty-two residences in a quiet street on Vračar — arches, stone and a turquoise mosaic crown, art deco heritage translated for buyers who could live anywhere. The developer came to us at the drawing stage. The brief was hiding in the name: make a mirage feel inevitable.
We ran it as one production instead of five vendors — stills, film, a walkable 360° experience and the launch itself. Every frame in the same light. Every touchpoint telling the same story.
ACT I
The Image
Before it exists, it must be imagined. The stills set the world — stone, brass and Belgrade light.
Act I began before any rendering: art direction. We fixed how Mirage should be seen — late light, brass warmth, the mosaic crown always against open sky — so every image belongs to the same film. Then the set: hero exteriors for the campaign, interiors staged around real moments of living, detail frames for social.
These are the frames that carried pre-sales. The same images ran on the hoarding, in listings, in the booklet and on the website — one world, repeated until it felt like memory.
I / 01 — EXT. THE BUILDING

I / 02 — INT. THE COMMON SPACES
The spaces every resident passes through, every day: a lobby clad in stone and brass, light that rises to meet you. Arrival staged as a ceremony — rendered before the concierge was hired.

I / 03 — INT. THE SHOWROOM APARTMENT
One apartment, dressed to the last cup — the same unit buyers later walk through in the 360° tour. Interiors staged around real moments of living, not furniture catalogues.
ACT II
The Motion
A still image convinces. Ninety seconds of motion seduce.
The launch film gives Mirage its ninety seconds: arrival from the street, morning light moving through the interiors, evening on the roof terrace. One cut works everywhere — the sales office screen, the launch event, and the short-form content on Instagram.
ACT II — THE DRONE UNIT
Real skies
over Vračar.
We flew the site ourselves — photographing and filming Loznička street and its rooftops for the project. Those plates anchor the film’s most impressive moments: the finished building composited into footage of the real neighbourhood, with the Temple of Saint Sava holding the horizon.
The same survey gave the interiors their views — the panoramas behind the glass and over the terrace railing are stitched from what the drone actually saw. Buyers don’t get an artist’s impression of the view from the top floor. They get the view.

II / 02 — EXT. LOZNIČKA STREET · THE MOVING COMPOSITE
One flight, two realities. The drone filmed Loznička as it is — the rooftops, the traffic, the afternoon light — then the camera move was tracked frame by frame and the unbuilt Mirage was set into the footage, matched in perspective, light and grain. Not a render of a street: the real street, with the building already living in it.
ACT III
The Experience
Let the buyer move in — years early. The showroom apartment, walkable from any sofa in the world.
The 360° tour opens the showroom apartment before the crane arrives: every room, every finish, at the buyer’s own pace. It does the shortlisting at home — by the time someone books a meeting, they’ve already moved in, in their head. The sales team starts the conversation three steps ahead.

ACT IV
The Launch
Fiction, meet market. A digital home that sells while the sales team sleeps — and print that stays on the desk.
The launch put everything in one place. A bilingual website built around the visuals, with an apartment finder wired to live availability, the film and the tour embedded where they close. And a 30×30 printed booklet — forty pages of the same story — for the table between buyer and seller, and for the desk it stays on after the meeting.
